ENROLLMENT SCHEDULES
Enrollment at each location:
Wednesday, August 11th from 10 a.m. - 12 and 1 - 6 p.m.
Thursday, August 12th from 8 a.m. - 12 and 1- 4 p.m.
Lakeside Elementary School at Downs: Grades K-3
Lakeside Elementary School at Glen Elder: Grades K-3
Lakeside Preschool, Middle/Jr. High School at Cawker City: Grades PK, 4-8
Lakeside High School at Downs: Grades 9-12
Football players will meet for equipment handout at 6:30 p.m. on Aug.15 at LHS Football players will meet for practice at 6:30 p.m. on August 16 at LJHS in Cawker City
Volleyball players will meet for practice at 3:30 p.m. on August 16 at LHS
Cross Country will meet for practice at 6:00 a.m. on August 16 at LHS
Please contact the individual attendance center to arrange alternate times for enrollment if you cannot attend during planned enrollment periods.
2010-2011 FEES
Textbook Rental Fees
Preschool: $20.00
Kindergarten: $25.00
Grades 1-12: $40.00
Each College Credit Class: $10.00
Lunch and Breakfast Fees
Lunch Fees Grades K-6: $2.25
Grades 7-12: $2.40
Adults: $2.90
Breakfast Fees Students: $1.50
Adults: $1.85
It is suggested that students purchase meals by the month. Meals are to be prepaid. Credit will not be extended.

Family………..$50.00
Family passes allow parents and children high school age and younger to attend regular home games in the district.
